Maui’s microclimates differ from town to town. When the weather isn’t as we are hoping, we will keep an eye on our forecast to read where there is a “pocket of good weather” to take photos. Sometimes we do ask clients to travel to meet us or to reschedule for the next time that we have available and when the forecast looks good.

Forecasts are usually most accurate within a 48 hour window, and we will be in touch if the weather should not be as we all had hoped for.

Of course! We only edit selected images on the proofing platform.

About 3-5 business days following your booking you will be delivered a “Maui Photo Proofing” email from our editor. In the email with be a link to your proofing platform to choose your images.

Additional members are welcome to join a session at $50 plus tax per person.

Yes! You have the option to purchase additional images during the image selection process.

Images start at $10 per photo & we will give you $20 off every 10 photos.

Instructions on how to purchase will be given during the Proofing process.

We also offer the option to purchase the entire gallery at $1 plus tax per image. To redeem this deal, you must purchase the entire set.

We deliver images in a 2-step process:

1. We filter down the image from the session and deliver a proofing link about 5-7 business days after our session together.

There is no time limit for selecting images, so this part varies for each client.

2. When you are done selecting, you will respond to the email with your link saying that you are done and ready for edit.

If there are no additional requests or images selected, expect final images to be delivered about 10-14 business days after your submission.

If clients choose to purchase additional images or request advanced editing job, the editing window will start when we receive payment for the add-ons to the package. 10-14 business days.

(Deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 days during the week of any major holiday. Mahalo nui for understanding!)

Please do not hesitate to share with us your concerns for participating members in taking photos. We have locations all over the island that are easily accessible from a public parking lot.

We also have spare chairs for clients to use throughout the session.

The final product delivered will be digital files of the images you selected for editing. Included in the delivery are watermarked copies of the edited images.
