What happens next?
Here are the next steps for your images. General instructions are below, and more detailed steps will be included in your Maui Photo Proofing email.
Proofing Link Delivery
You’ll receive an email from us in about 7 business days with a link to your proofing gallery. It will be sent to the email address you used when booking, unless you’ve provided us with a different one.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it—look for:

If it’s not there after 7 business days, please reach out so we can make sure you receive your images promptly.
Viewing Your Images
The gallery will include a set of lightly edited previews to help you choose your favorites. These are not your final edits—just a first look with basic lighting and color adjustments. A soft watermark will appear across each image and will be removed during the final editing process.
Making Your Selections
When your gallery arrives, follow the link and sign in using any email or social account—just be sure to use the same login every time.
If others (like family) are helping you choose, we recommend sharing that login so all selections are saved in one place.
Once you are logged in, you’ll be able to select the number of images included in your package.
Want to buy extra photos?
Should you love more than your allotted images, you are welcome to continue selecting additional images for purchase.
Additional images are $10 each, with $20 off for every 10 you add.
If you’d like to keep all the images from your session, we also offer the option to purchase the full gallery at just $1 per image. This includes every photo delivered as is and without the watermark. Please note that this offer applies to the entire gallery only—individual image selections are not available at this rate.
Once you’re finished selecting, simply email Madison@pineandpalm.online —there’s no submit button inside the gallery.
Editing & Add-Ons
Once your selections are confirmed, we’ll apply our proprietary edits including lighting, color, skin softening, teeth whitening, and background distraction removal (like swimmers, beach clutter, or any Pine & Palm gear accidentally caught in the frame).
Need something extra? We offer advanced edits—like wardrobe & hair fixes, body shaping, face swaps, or artistic overlays—for an additional fee. Your proofing email will include full details and pricing.
Final Delivery & Timeline
After your selections are confirmed and any extra edits are arranged, your final gallery will be delivered in about 14 business days.
You have 13 months from the date your proofing gallery is delivered to make your selections.
If we haven’t heard from you by month 12, we’ll send you a reminder. At the end of month 13, we’ll finalize and edit a gallery for you based on our professional judgment.
